The Bill №4573 suggested by the Cabinet of Ministers envisages the amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Criminal Violations, Law "On licensing of certain types of economic activity" that are aimed at the strengthening of the liability of officials.
During the discussion the members of the committee emphasized that the bill is to be rejected as its principles are already regulated by the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on further improvement of the order of Licensing of the Economic Activity"
